Titus Doku is a Ghanaian sustainable fashion designer, stylist, creative director, and environmental advocate dedicated to transforming textile waste into meaningful fashion and storytelling. He is the Founder and Creative Director of **Calcul Studios**, an upcycled fashion brand that reimagines second-hand clothing sourced from Kantamanto Market in Accra through remanufacturing, natural dyeing, and innovative design.
Drawing inspiration from culture, sustainability, and circular fashion practices, Titus uses natural dyes such as onion peels, sorghum leaves, turmeric, and rust to create distinctive garments that challenge conventional ideas of waste and consumption. His work explores the intersection of fashion, environmental responsibility, and social impact, encouraging more conscious approaches to clothing production and consumption.
Beyond his brand, Titus serves as the Executive Administrator and Partnerships Lead for the Kantamanto Upcyclers Association (KUA), where he supports initiatives that empower upcyclers, strengthen creative entrepreneurship, and promote sustainable solutions within one of the world's largest second-hand clothing markets.
Through fashion, storytelling, and community engagement, Titus continues to advocate for a future where creativity becomes a tool for environmental stewardship, cultural preservation, and positive social change.
Our woven fabrics bring heritage through threads that speak of generations of creative intelligence, transforming traditional symbols into modern global expressions.
