Prompted by his firsthand experiences with the overwhelming textile pollution in local secondhand hubs like Accra's Kantamanto Market, he chose to transform a crisis into a creative catalyst. His practice seamlessly merges environmental advocacy with artisanal skill, as he meticulously sources discarded denim waste and handcrafts it into high-end, structured wearable art, proving that conscious design can actively counter global waste.

Through the brand lens of Jeansnkoaa, Amankwah breathes new life into reclaimed fabrics, constructing unique, multi-tonal patchwork garments that range from avant-garde outerwear to contemporary streetwear classics.
